But osun.com.bd will ensure a delivery timeline of 1-3 working days for inside Dhaka city and 2-5 working days for the outside of Dhaka city. If delivery is delayed due to a natural calamity or other problems, osun.com.bd customer service will notify the customer via phone calls and/or SMS.
Delivery Charge(s)
Unless there is any particular campaign-specific delivery charge instruction, osun.com.bd shall bear delivery charges for the order(s) with the following conditions.
***When the Delivery charge is pay by osun.com.bd then the maximum weight allowed is 7 kgs (Standard practice) and the total product price must be above 3000 or above.
Please note that,
**Electronics, home appliances, decorative objects, crockery, and other fragile and/or sensitive products may be exempted from the above conditions.
**Delivery charge(s) may applicable if seller/merchant/vendor deliver the product(s).
**Waiver of the delivery charge(s) may depend on different circumstances such as delivery area, road conditions, transportations cost etc.
**liquid items, gymnasium instruments and any kind of product that may require special carrying facilities are exempted from the above condition.
**If collection or delivery of a Consignment takes place at your premises, we shall not be under any obligation to provide any equipment or labor or any associated cost(s) which, apart from the driver collecting the Consignment, may be required for loading or unloading of a Consignment. The delivery charge does not include any installation cost. Installation cost (if there is any) is subject to the supplier’s policy.
**Provision of the home delivery is/are subject to courier and sellers’ delivery policy.
**If any delivery fails due to customer negligence or any other reason from the customer’s end then the customer is bound to pay the courier charge and the return courier charge(s) as well as the redelivery charge(s).
CLAIMS AGAINST INFRINGING CONTENT

ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND
A customer can cancel his/her order at any period before osun.com.bd has handed over the goods/shipment to the courier for delivery, in which case, the customer will get refunded with his/her principal amount (paid amount) within 5 working days or following the rules of the Government of Bangladesh or Bangladesh Bank. After the delivery to the customer, the order cannot be canceled. Please check the refund, return/replacement policy in the “Return policy” section.The customer will not be eligible for any extra cashback/bonus against his principal amount in case of refunds. Osun.com.bd. is not bound to pay any kind of service charge or cost for the refunded amount.
After an order is delivered product broken/destroyed by shipping company/seller or others reasons then customer can claim return or replace the product but customer should take video when they unboxing or collect product from courier or our delivery man also others way, if customer can prove this product broken/destroyed by courier/ us. Then osun.com.bd will collect the broken/destroyed product and replace the broken/destroyed product with a new product within 3 working days inside the Dhaka city and 5 working days outside of the Dhaka city.

If the ordered product is unavailable or out-of-stock, osun.com.bd maintains the right to cancel the order. In that case seller (as seller account) & customer (as customer account) would be bound to oblige the decision taken by Osun.com.bd. It’s possible that legal action will be taken as well.
