Returns Policy

Conditions for Return

  1. To return or replace a product purchased from osun.com.bd, the item must be returned to the relevant authority (for example, the Delivery Man) in the same condition in which it was received by the customer.
  2. The merchandise must be new, unwashed, and free of any faults that the customer may have produced. Fashion items can be tried on to see if they fit yet remain unworn.
  3. The sold product must be returned to the original packaging or box of the manufacturer.
  4. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories which must be kept intact with the product.
  5. If any breach of conditions is violated, then osun.com.bd authority reserves all the right to cancel the refund/exchange service against that specific product.

Returns Policy

***Please remember that you must be able to present sufficient documentation and proof if you want to claim about return/refund.  (i.e. unboxing video, receiving invoice, etc.). Any product can be returned during delivery or within 72 hours if the following conditions are met:

  • Please register a return request on the osun.com.bd application or website within 72 hours of delivery if your product is broken, defective, wrong, or incomplete.(please note: when you receive product from courier or others way please take unboxing video & send us)
  • Electronic products & accessories, Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Men’s bags, Women’s bags, Luggage & Suitcase, Bedding, or Bath all have various return policies. Women’s intimate apparel, men’s innerwear, swimwear, sunglasses, jewellery, watches, duffel bags, and shoe care are exceptions.
  • A viable reason for returning an item must exist, such as a size that does not fit, a faulty product that is physically damaged or broken, defective, incorrect/incomplete (different demonstration on website/missing parts), or a product that has sent its expiration date (For example: Food items)
  • After the gadget has been used or the return window has expired, the seller may provide a seller warranty or a brand warranty. Please contact the seller to claim the seller’s warranty. The invoice contains the seller’s contact information. Please go to the Brand Contact List on the osun.com.bd application or website to claim brand warranty.

****If the following conditions are met, osun.com.bd may refuse to accept a product return:

  1. If the goods is not returned in the same condition as when it was delivered .
  2. If the item was physically damaged or if not all parts were available.
  3. If the product was broken/damaged for any reason that isn’t covered by the warranty terms and conditions.
  4. Damages incurred as a result of product misuse
  5. Any product that has been used/installed as a consumable
  6. Any product that is returned without all of its original packaging and attachments, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if applicable, and all other things that were supplied with the product.
  • Products that cannot be returned:
  1. Beauty products, Personal Care & Health products.
  2. Grocery items
  3. Pet supplies
  4. Fitness item- Supplements

Refund Policy

****A customer can cancel his/her order at any period before osun.com.bd has handed over the goods to the courier for shipment/delivery, in which case, the customer will get refunded with his/her principal amount (paid amount) within 5 working days or following the rules of the Government of Bangladesh or Bangladesh Bank.

***Please remember that you must be able to present sufficient documentation and proof if you want to claim about refund.

  1. To refund online/mobile wallet payments (Bkash,Nagad,etc).
  2. For mobile wallet refund there will be no extra charges to be provided by osun.com.bd
  3. Refund charges will be not be applicable if the ordered product is not delivered on time or osun.com.bd failed to complete the delivery or any of the reason, because of osun.com.bd technical issue.
  4. In case of any cancellations of any pre booking order(s) due to inevitable circumstances the paid amount would be refunded as the customers’ osun.com.bd account.
  5. If any order got canceled by the customer, then the customer will get refunded with his/her paid amount and shall be disqualified for any kind of offers or cashback associated with the particular order. If customer cancel oder and apply for paid amount refund, if needed then refund charges & gateway charges will be applicable and will be deducted as per the policy.
  6. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel i.e., if the customer pays via bKash, then the customer will be refunded through bKash. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channels.
  7. If the paid amount cannot be refunded with 5 working days due to communication problem from the customers end, osun.com.bd has rights to issue vouchers to customer accounts which can be later used for future purchase.
